Functions Terms & Conditions

Big group bookings fall into one of the following categories:

A large group (up to 30 people) booking a regular table, no special requests and can seat within the regular 2 hour duration.

  • These bookings can be made in store or online & will require a $10 per head deposit at the time of booking.
  • Some function food packages are available to these groups based on their minimum numbers.
  • Bar tab is also available for these groups.

A large group (of any size) requiring an area, a special set up (effectively an exclusive space for their group). These groups have special requests attached to their booking (decorations, specific table layout, cake table, the need to make speeches etc) and require more than the standard 2 hours.

  • These groups will need to book via the function team.
  • All function food and drinks packages are available to these groups, custom menus are also an option (additional cost to do this).
Groups needing an exclusive space:
  • Minimum spends apply if using a main space exclusively.
  • 25% of the minimum spend of that space is due at the time of the booking as a deposit.
  • Minimum spend will need to be paid in advance to the booking.
Description of a minimum spend:
  • A minimum spend is not a hire fee. It is the spend that needs to be reached or exceeded by the group booking out the space.
  • Minimum spend can be used towards food and beverages. Other items will be additional to minimum spend.

Other basic T’s & C’s
  • Any function exceeding 10pm can do so at request and for additional cost.
  • Groups over 50 require a more detailed function contract to be signed.
  • Live musicians can be booked for your event from $150/hour.
  • Cakeage is $3 per head if required.
  • Linen can be hired on request @$5 pp.
  • We conform to the responsible service of alcohol.
  • Additional charges may be applied if styling, furniture movement, extra equipment or other special requests are needed for your event.
  • Decorations and set up are allowed for minimum spend/exclusive bookings.
  • There are some compulsory additional costs for full venue bookings only ($250 admin, $500 equipment, $500 security). All other additional costs are optional based on your requests.
Cancellations

Cancellations for functions must be made in writing:

  • For cancellations within 30 days of the function date – Deposits are non refundable.
  • For cancellations within 7 days of the function date -Total payment will be non-refundable.
