AVAILABLE ROLES:

We are looking for an experienced chef to join our team! Full time roles available based on experience.

In particular we have a great opportunity available for a capable Head Chef looking for a full time role!

We are looking for a someone with enthusiasm, energy and ambition to run one of our kitchens.

The position has potential to excel and progress in our workplace! Career opportunists or people looking to take that next step in their chef career – this is for you!

What you can expect:

  • Monday. Wednesday – Sunday working week (Flexible between day and night shifts)
  • Awesome career experience and working in a team that feels like family.
  • A great team (4 chefs and a number of kitchen hands)
  • Reporting to an Exec Chef operating between our three venues
  • Training and good pay
  • 45 hr week plus reasonable overtime
  • Experience catering to event nights

The applicant should have:

  • Cert III Commercial Cookery 
  • Up to date food safety certificate
  • Up to date first aid certificate
  • Be available Monday. Wednesday – Sunday
  • Experience in busy kitchens
  • Be a good communicator and have solid organisational skills for kitchen operations
  • Preferably have experience with breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
  • Access to a vehicle
  • Strong planning skills, systems and procedural development skills

What you can expect:

4 days on 3 days off
Must be available for those four days
Rotating roster weekly

Suitable for residents of Penrith ( & surrounds) & the Blue Mountains OR someone a city resident looking for a new experience and change of scenery in the fresh and beautiful Blue Mountains!

  • 38 hr week plus reasonable overtime
  • Experience catering to event nights
  • Salary of $55-$65k PA plus super, depending on experience and weekly hours

The applicant should have:

  • Cert III Commercial Cookery OR relevant experience for non-qualified.
  • Be available Monday, Wednesday – Sunday
  • Experience in busy kitchens
  • Be a good communicator and have solid organisational skills for kitchen operations
  • Preferably have experience with dinner service
  • Access to a vehicle (preferred not essential)
  • Looking for someone available all days Monday, Wednesday – Sunday
  • Approx 20-30 hours a week
  • Assisting kitchen with wash up, re stocking crockery, small food prep jobs and care taking wash up duties.
  • Mostly day work (10-2:30pm) during the week, plus weekends as well
  • Would suit parent with school kids looking for work that doesn’t affect school drop off and pick up times.
  • Dish hand experience preferred but not essential.

We are looking for a passionate hospitality champion to
assist inleading a venue located in our venues. The successful candidate
will have previous experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisor role.

This may be a full-time role
for the right candidate. The role will require the candidate to:

  • Be focussed on creating a memorable experience for customers.
  • Support and motivate our amazing to team to provide the best possible
    experience for our guests while building and maintaining a fantastic team
    culture
  • Assist the venue manager in front of house operations including
    training, recruitment, and achieving COGs and labour targets.
  • Manage compliance of liquor license, WHS, and RSA.
  • Manage and maintain stock areas

Collaborate with the leadership team to drive successful sales.

The successful candidate will
have the opportunity to join an expanding business with good prospects for
growth and development within the team.

We’re looking for supervisors to join our teams for one of three stores.

Applicants should have or be able to do the following:

  • Experience as a shift supervisor & experience in bars & on the floor.
  • Available 3-4 days a week including weekends.
  • A valid RSA – Car or access to transport (there are some late nights involved).
  • Be enthusiastic and well versed in positively managing a team.
  • Be responsible, well dressed, trustworthy & punctual.
  • Have basic understanding of excel & computers.

We are looking for people to join our growing team at the Bunker!

We have both bar and barista work available. Here is what we are looking for & what we will provide:

  • Availabilities Monday, Wednesday – Sundays
  • Looking for experienced baristas and bartenders to join our team as casuals.
  • People with a good work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Approximately 20hrs a week
  • Barista availability 10am-4pm
  • Bartender availability 5pm-11pm
  • Would suit people who are looking for some work but who have other commitments (such as uni, children, etc)
  • Our locations are Springwood, Leura & Mulgoa, applicants can apply for one venue but if they are available across numerous venues there will be a chance for more hours!
  • Be keen to work and ready to be part of a team
  • Good pay, good work environment & flexibility to an extent
  • Valid RSA preferred
